If an insured event is due to an infection with the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, insurance cover exists within the scope of the tariff.

Every traveler has the right to withdraw from a contract. As described above it is possible to cancel the Advigon Travel Health Insurance contract. Other service providers (e.g. travel organizers) are basically entitled to charge the cancellation fees agreed to at the time of conclusion. Our Travel Health Insurance does not cover any cancellation costs in case of cancellation of your trip.

General questions

It is important to frequently wash your hands thoroughly. Also note that wearing finger rings and nail polish impairs the effect of detergents and disinfectants!

You should not cough or sneeze into your hand, but use your elbow or a tissue. The tissues should be disposed of immediately in a closed waste bin. Provide fresh air by airing the room several times a day for 5-10 minutes each time.

If you have a fever or cough you should stay at home and, if you suspect infection contact a doctor or a health care institution initially only by telephone. In this way you can prevent third parties from being infected.
